Isopor can be used to produce coagulates and microporous synthetic leathers for many applications (footwear, clothing, furnishing).
The line can also produce high-definition printed as well as embossed textured synthetic leather for valuable aesthetic results.

With Isopor, coagulates can be produced with different softness, thickness, mechanical resistance, porosity and transpirability in line with final product requirements.
Coagulates in a rich range of surface finishings, prints and reliefs are used for footwear uppers and lining.

For a cleaner surface definition, transfer coating on release paper can be used: coagulates will be processed using a 3-head coating line to support coated products.
Although this type of synthetic leather consists of a high-definition, surface-coated product either plain or bi-colour, it can be further refinished with additional printing.
