Isoskin is ideal to produce synthetic leather for many applications: clothing, furnishings, travel goods, footwear and the automotive industry, etc.
Coated items for clothing are characterised by a special softness, and can achieve highly aesthetical parameters, such as underglass aspect, the imitation of a vast variety of natural surfaces, or pull-up effects.
Coated items for furnishings, travel goods and footwear combine aesthetics with special mechanical features such as resistance to abrasion, scratch and flexion. They offer also technical characteristics such as transpirability, water-proofness, resistance to chemical agents.
ISOSKIN can be adapted to production needs in order to obtain water or solvent-based compact coated items, or foams, or again breathable items or for "one-coat" applications.
ISOSKIN consists of single-head pilot plants for sample production in industrial width, of three or four heads lines to meet all possible combinations for "wet" bonding, heated cylinders lamination, "one coat" processing, up to complex customised five-head plants.
