First impressions after the Agents’ Meeting days.
07/06/2006: During the first day Isotex’ Upper Management has illustrated the turnover results concerning the last years and has fixed the targets for the next three years.
The figures demonstrate the positive results of these last years in sales even if in Europe there was and there is a critical economic situation characterised of low growth and strong competition.
The company Management has explained that Isotex need to establish a closed team work between the different departments and that it is necessary to involve the agents in this way of working.
In this sense Isotex will pay more attention concerning the agents’ requirements because Isotex’ agents are the key to understand immediately the needs of the customers improving new technical solutions.
Isotex will supply the agents its know-how to allow them to be a partner of the customer, listening with attention the technical problems, suggesting the solutions, checking with Isotex’ Area Managers the best answers.
In the afternoon the Agents have visited a big and innovative line installed in Veneto.
All the participants have eaten, in the evening, in a beautiful restaurant located in Marostica castle.
During the second day the discussions and the interventions have reached a high technical level.
That has been possible thank to the technical responsibles’ and consultants’ reports.
During their interventions they have suggested interesting new sector of Isotex’ machinery applications.
This is the proof that sharing information is the key to obtain and maintain this business trend in the future years.
We will meet the agents in November to check the markets, the reaching of the targets, the studies of new sectors in which Isotex want to be present.
